2008 Young Eagles Pre-Registration / Flight Reservation E-Form

Please complete and submit the following electronic form to pre-register your child(ren). Please Note: Parents / Guardians will need to complete and sign a paper registration form upon arrival at the Young Eagles Rally on the date which your child(ren) is (are) scheduled. This form is only to reserve a flight date.

Please call our EAA Chapter Two Young Eagles Hotline at 260.469.EAA2 (3222) Option 2 for the most up to date information available. PLEASE NOTE: Due to various weather scenarios, flight Registration times may vary and/or be cut short. Please arrive as near 10:00 AM as possible to Register, because depending weather, pilots/planes available, or other factors, Registration could be cut off before 12:00 noon. Flying will be from 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM. WEATHER PERMITTING! August 8, 2009 - . Registration from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM (Noon). Flying will be from 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM. WEATHER PERMITTING! September 12, 2009 - Registration from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM (Noon). Flying will be from 10:00 AM till 2:00 PM. WEATHER PERMITTING! Schedule a One-on-One Young Eagles Flight - - - You are simply pre-registering with our Young Eagles Coordinators to set an appointment to go for your Young Eagles flight. These flights can be done most anytime throughout the year, depending on the weather, as well as pilot availability. WEATHER PERMITTING! NOTE: All Registrants must be between the ages of 8 and 17, inclusive, in order to register and qualify as a Young Eagle!
